Screen South Information Day

Screen South hold regular Information Days throughout the region. The next Information Day will be held on:

3 June, Maidstone

Please note that Screen South may at any time change these dates, but we will endeavour to issue notice of such changes as soon as possible.

Information Days give you an insight into Screen South, the RIFE Open Fund process, other schemes and funding available to you as well as a chance to take part in a workshop with an industry professional. You also get a chance to have a one to one session to discuss your project with Screen South staff at an early stage.

We encourage people who are applying for funding to attend an information day.

When you apply, you will not be guaranteed a panel interview if you have not attended a Screen South information Day. Please contact the office if you need this clarified.

Previous attendees were asked what were “What was the most beneficial aspect of the day?” Here are some of there responses:-

Information was very clear.

Making contacts with other people and meeting Screen South in person.

Good that there is an organisation like Screen South that can be approached for advice, contact and support.

Reality check and being encouraged to think outside the box.

Talking through experience with past successful applicants.

Positive guidance on suitability of projects for funding.

Useful tips on how to write treatments.

The one to one.

Everything was of value.
