Youth Screens Website - Invitation To Tender

Youth Screens, an Accentuate project, will be a local, regional and global online gateway for young disabled (alongside non-disabled young people) from the South East to share their stories and ideas through filmmaking. Youth Screens must be accessible to all young disabled people, whatever their disability. We’re looking for universal design solutions that are accessible to all these groups, which also have the ability to incorporate rich media.

The tender document lays out our plans for the project, and we would encourage responses from interested organisations who have the proven expertise to deliver such an ambitious and challenging project. The maximum budget available is £90,000.

Tenders must be received in writing by 10am on Friday 14th August 2009.

Update 10/08/09: NB. The question and answer period for the Youth Screen Tender is now closed. In the interest of fairness, and as previously announced, the questions received about the tender from potential applicants until 07/08/09 have been collated into a document together with their answers. This can be downloaded here (pdf).

Update 21/07/09: We are aiming for a basic holding website to go live by October 2009, and not September 2009 as stated in the original tender document (which has now been amended).
