RIFE Funding comes from the Department of Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS) via the UK Film Council and is intended to develop and promote regional film production and film culture.
RIFE enables Screen South to fund Locations support and Inward Investment through its film Commission, and Archive though its network partners.
Funding can be applied for directly for the following activities:
Production and Development
(including Festival & Market attendance)

Community
Screen South can no longer fund Training through RIFE. Training Bursaries can be applied for at Skillset:

Other Funding Available
Alongside RIFE Screen South also creates access to and manages funding from other sources. We are continually seeking to develop partnerships which will generate opportunities for regional filmmakers. For example our
Real World
